Olowalu Plantation House

This may be one of the most popular wedding locations for an amazing wedding and private reception on Maui. This charming 1920’s plantation-style home has a quaint lanai overlooking a large oceanfront lawn accented with gorgeous old monkeypod, Monterey Bay fig, palm and pine trees and offers majestic views of Lanai and Kahoolawe with spectacular year-round sunsets. It is conveniently located just outside of Lahaina and enjoys mostly sunny weather year-round.

Sugar Beach Events

This is Maui’s newest wedding & reception venue in South Maui/Kihei. Built just to be a wedding house, it is well designed and run by a true professional. A beautifully manicured oceanfront Lawn for wedding ceremony and cocktails followed by dinner in the open air, ocean view dining room. A beautiful bridal suite and a casual loft for the groom to get ready in are included in the rental. Ample parking and easy shuttle service. Lots of nearby condos for staying in the vicinity. Chef Lee has amazing culinary skills and her presentation is contemporary and beautiful. This venue does have a liquor license so all alcohol, food & beverage items must be purchased through the venue.

The Maui Pineapple Chapel at Kapalua

The Maui Pineapple Chapel (formerly knows as the Steeple House) offers both indoor and outdoor locations for your wedding, social event or corporate function. Located in beautiful Kapalua in West Maui, this historic location has been updated with every modern amenity.  The lovingly restored chapel was originally built in the 1950’s and evokes the character and charm of the past with modern day amenities and comforts.  The historic altar is a romantic setting to exchange your vows.  Or choose to have an outdoor ceremony set against the dramatic backdrop of Makaluapuna Point and the Pacific Ocean.  The spacious grounds offer one acre of manicured lawns – an open canvas to create the event of your dreams.

Hui No'eau Visual Arts Center

Located upcountry in Makawao is the quaint Hui with large lawns, a reflecting pool and beautiful ruins. This is a good option for larger groups with plenty of space for a big tent and guest parking. Set against the stunning backdrop of Haleakala, the 25-acre grounds of this Upcountry estate include two of Maui’s largest Cook Island pine trees, the historic remains of one of Maui’s earliest sugar mills, native Hawaiian flora plus jacaranda, palm and avocado trees, and extraordinary views of the West Maui Mountains and Maui’s North Shore. The historic plantation manor offers a selection of spaces wrapped in dramatic architectural features that create a fresh, sophisticated and unforgettable setting for your next event. Add on an a glass blowing wine glass session or jewelry making session with your wedding party or just the bride and groom for a truly unique event.

Kukahiko Estate

This lovely, intimate private estate venue is located in Makena.  Say “I Do” with your toes in the grass overlooking a quiet little bay with stunning lava rock arms reaching out into the sea.  Views abound of turtles playing in the ocean with Molokini and Kaho’olawe in the background.  Walk out onto the lava rock formation for incredible sunset photos.  From a sweet elopement for two to a small gathering of your closest family & friends, this estate is the perfect choice!  Available for ceremony only, half or full day bookings.

Coconut Palms Estate

Coconut Palms Estate – while not ocean front, this Lahaina ocean view venue is stunning.  It is currently available for Ceremony Only bookings – No Receptions. It’s not as large as Olowalu but perfect for a group anywhere between 10- 75 or so.  The wedding lawn is somewhat separate from the welcome lawn.  There is a small air conditioned bridal suite and a single bathroom.  Transportation is required.  This location is a true gem.  Follow with dinner at a nearby restaurant or venue like Lahaina Loft or the Maui Pineapple Chapel.
