Cancellation & Refund Policy Notice

This notice discloses the cancellation and refund practices for www.ThePerfectWeddingMaui.com. As proud members of the Hawaii branch of the Better Business Bureau, you can rest assured that we will do everything in our powers to ensure that your wedding or event comes together smoothly and as you wished.  We strictly adhere to the BBB's high standards of business practice and customer satisfaction.  As a BBB accredited business, the BBB has determined that our business meets accreditation standards which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.  For more information on BBB Codes of Business Practices and Business Accreditation, please visit the Better Business Bureau directly at www.bbb.org

To confirm a wedding booking with The Perfect Wedding, a non-refundable deposit will be required - amount of deposit will be based upon the consumer's package selection and said amount will provided in writing, delivered via email unless otherwise requested, in your custom wedding agreement.  Cancellation of any individual vendor (ie., photographer, videographer, musician...) once they have been booked and confirmed may result in a cancellation fee, based upon the individual vendor's policies.  Please inquire before confirming any vendors as to their individual cancellation policies.  If, for any reason, entire wedding is canceled within 30 days of the event date, a 50% fee of booked items will be assesed.  If, entire wedding is canceled within 14 days of event date, full payment of booked items will be due upon cancellation.  We will do our best to recover a portion of wedding fees on your behalf, but make no guaratees to success in doing so.

As all vendors are booked for a specified time period, any overtime incurred due to tardiness of the wedding party will be billed on an hourly basis to the consumer.

In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to locate an appropriate alternate location.  Please note that The Perfect Wedding will not be held accountable for weather and acts of nature or any other situation beyond our reasonable control.

The Perfect Wedding retains exclusive booking rights for any vendor represented on our website or presented in any other form of communication with the consumer such as emails, postal mail or phone conversations.
